There are three (3) types of returns :  CORE RETURNS on remanufactured products, DEFECTIVE RETURNS for any part not operating to your satisfaction and NEW RETURNS that have not been used.

CORE RETURNS  

These will be products that have been purchased as factory remanufactured (as per our line card).  When you purchase these products you will be charged a "core charge."  To receive your credit (refund) you must return the old part in the original box, prepaid and insured.  Upon receipt we will issue a credit to your credit card immediately. We ask that you also include a copy of your receipt so the correct credit can be issued.  Please make sure the core you are returning can be rebuilt.  It should not be cracked, missing parts or damaged in any way.  If there is any uncertainty about the old core, we ask that you please contact us before you return it. 

DEFECTIVE RETURNS  

This would be any product that does not perform up to the standards set by the manufacture.  We ask that you please contact us first.  Please note that there may be times that a certain product will not look exactly like the original part and has been redesigned.  We only ask that should there be a problem such as this, that you contact us immediatley via e-mail or our toll free phone number.  If the part is defective, we ask that you return it to us with a copy of your receipt, in the original box and we will gladly replace it or refund your credit card immediately upon receipt.  The defective part should be returned to us via UPS ground service, insured for the value. 

NEW RETURNS  

Once again we ask that you please contact us to let us know of a new return.   The main purpose for this is to insure that you, our customer, is getting the correct credit.  Please return the unused merchandise in the original box with a copy of your sales receipt and we will credit your credit card immediately. The merchandise must be returned prepaid freight and insured.  Please remember that a copy of your receipt must accompany the return and we can not honor returns made after 30 days of purchase.
